Another great project with “Nairi” publishing house. This time our project consisted of two main parts: market research and company’s future strategy development.

First we researched publishing market of Armenia, found the main competitors, targeted audience and determined niches where the company can have competitive advantages. Work was complicated because of the lack of information available, but it made our job more exciting and in the end we got results needed for proceeding to the second part of our project.

Planning. With all the information now collected, we began developing marketing strategy. “Nairi” has been well respected and known publishing house since Soviet Union times and has worked with many famous Armenian writers such as Paruyr Sevak, Hovhannes Shiraz, Hamo Sahyan, Silva Kaputikyan, etc… So we decided to use their great experience and own working style to create a unique plan for providing company’s effective growth in publishing industry.
